Account administrator certification

This certification is designed to showcase your abilities to manage the configuration settings and user permissions to support user roles and groups, library administration, custom field administration, attendee management, and contact management.

You must have current experience and active access to Cvent to complete this certification.

Once you enroll, you will be given access to guided training and prep materials you must complete before being able to access the exam. The exam consists of 36 multiple choice questions and you will have 50 minutes to complete.

You must score 85% or better to pass the exam. As soon as you submit your answers, we will notify you with your results. Our certifications are valid for two years.
