Contactless kiosk

OnArrival’s Kiosk mode will impress your attendees and help reduce your staffing need onsite. Your guests can register at a safe distance, check in (themselves and their own guests), pay fees, and preview/edit/print their name badge on their own.

Wireless, on-demand badge printing

OnArrival helps eliminate tables of badges by allowing you to wirelessly connect mobile tablets to the printers to print badges. OnArrival supports a variety of printer and badge types that even include plastic. Simple or advanced, it's up to how you would like to brand your event.

Session tracking & access control

Manage and monitor who attends sessions and control capacities. If you require pre-registration for sessions, “red light”/ “green light” attendees as they arrive. You're able to gain valuable data insight attendance and even track with signatures for credits and legal obligations.
